As the second agency that Paul has founded, BrandHealth represents his ultimate dream come true: a collection of great people who love spending time together doing the kind of work that truly makes a difference in our clients’ businesses while impacting the health and happiness of people.
Paul leads our agency’s new business development efforts and spends a significant amount of time on strategy on our clients’ most important and high‑profile communication challenges. He is active in governance roles within the Canadian advertising and health sectors, in addition to board leadership responsibilities in the not-for-profit sector.
- Rick Kemp - Executive Creative Director
Rick joined our team full-time in 2011 after an impressive creative career in Toronto, Chicago and Vancouver with agencies such as Grey, JWT and Leo Burnett. He has over 25 years of experience creating memorable, enduring campaigns for a long list of blue chip clients in such categories as packaged goods, social and public service, financial services, pharmaceuticals and tourism.
Rick is responsible for our creative product as well as fostering a strong, vibrant creative culture agency wide. He is united with Paul in the belief that creativity has the power to influence the health and happiness of people. This vision inspires their leadership every single day.
- Sacha Lai-Svirk - Chief Digital Officer
Sacha’s career in advertising extends over 20 years working with clients in consumer packaged goods, agriculture, and for most of the past decade, health and pharma. Her clients have included such industry leaders as Pfizer, Monsanto, Eli Lilly, GSK and Janssen. She joined BrandHealth in 2009 and became a Partner in 2014. In her current role she is the leader of our digital services, heading up a team of in-house developers. strategists and project managers that specialize in bringing our agency’s creative ideas to life in mobile and on-line environments. Most recently, Sacha and her team won a Clio for their digital work on ‘Best Before Date’ for the Peterborough Council on Aging.
- Chris White - Chief Financial Officer
Chris co-founded BrandHealth in 2005. Prior to that, he spent ten years as a partner in the creative design firm Point of View. Chris’ day-to-day role includes overseeing the management of finance, human resources and information technology. Chris spearheaded the development of and maintains the agency's workflow management system – Simon. He also manages the BrandHealth building, a historic three-storey, 20,000 sq ft office space located in downtown Peterborough.
As an advocate for animal welfare, Chris has served as President of the board of the Peterborough Humane Society since 2010 and is currently on the Executive of the Board of Directors for the Ontario SPCA.
